Eat Right, Move Right
It’s March and everybody is doing their spring cleaning. It’s also the perfect time to look in your pantry and decide what can stay and what should go. That’s what registered dietitians encourage during National Nutrition Month® 2022. The theme for this year is “Celebrate a World of Flavors,” when you can find tasty ways to eat healthy and eat foods from all over the world.
Create Healthy Habits & Celebrate Your Heritage

Go to CookForYourLife.org to find 20 delicious and nutritious dishes with flavors to kick off National Nutrition Month to get started. These recipes are simple to prepare and don’t take much prep time, either.
