We are excited to announce the opening of our latest FHCP Care Center, which is located at 2222 Sarno Road in Melbourne, FL. This center provides a comprehensive range of essential services, including primary care, lab, and pharmacy services, ensuring that our members have convenient access to the care they need within their community. In addition, we want to inform our members that we will begin the process of relocating the Melbourne Pharmacy on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, to our new care center. The pharmacy will close at 6 PM on Friday and will reopen at the new location on Monday, Dec. 16, 2024. The phone number, fax number, and business hours will remain unchanged.
