FHCP Celebrates Employees During 50th Anniversary Appreciation Lunches

Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) leaders and employees recently joined together during a series of special Employee Appreciation Lunches hosted at some 29 office locations throughout the company’s five-county operating area. The lunch events were part of the company’s 50^th Anniversary celebrations being held throughout the year.

FHCP leadership took the opportunity to acknowledge employee contributions throughout the year.

“The commitment and dedication of our employees to serve our members continues to inspire us every day,” said Shannon Osland, chief human resources officer. “The camaraderie and sense of pride shared among our employees, year after year, contributes greatly to our culture and has been a foundation of our success.”
