We are pleased to report that all FHCP clinical sites and administrative offices are open for normal business operations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our community recovers from widespread impacts caused by the recent storm. FHCP operational and technology teams worked around the clock to ensure our facilities are safe and ready to serve you.

If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911. If you need medical attention, please visit the nearest Emergency Room.
