Are you a new user?

Please click on the “registration” button provided to create your portal account. Members, Providers, and Employer Group Representatives can register for their account. Enter the required information when prompted.

After creating (members) or receiving your credentials (provider and employer), please log in and set up your security questions and accept the online user agreement.

About your User ID

Your user ID is not case sensitive. You may enter capital letters or lowercase letters. If the User ID you selected is already ‘in use’, you will be presented with suggestions to vary the User ID in order to make it unique.

About your Password

Your password is case sensitive and must be at least eight (10) characters in length and contain at least one number, one alphanumerical character, at least one special character and mixed case. You must enter it exactly as it was defined. You will be prompted to change your password every 180 days.
