Provider Relations

Florida Health Care Plans’ team of dedicated Provider Relations Coordinators are available to assist providers with a variety of concerns. In addition to providing on-site or virtual provider education, they are available to address contractual concerns and act as a liaison between provider offices and other Florida Health Care Plans Departments.
